These Terms & Conditions apply when you use KONPARE to obtain and purchase an insurance policy.
KONPARE is operated by Konze Enterprise Pty Ltd.
KONPARE provides a platform that allows you to obtain information, compare available insurance options and submit an application to the selected Insurance Provider.
The insurance policy itself is issued and administered by the relevant Insurance Provider and is subject to that provider's policy terms, conditions, exclusions and eligibility requirements.
You must provide complete and accurate information when requesting or purchasing a policy, including information such as your:
- Name and contact details
- Date of birth
- Passport and visa information
- Insurance requirements
- Other information required by the Insurance Provider
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or affect the issue of your policy.
Payments are processed securely through Airwallex.
KONPARE does not store your full payment-card details. We retain only relevant payment references, such as the Airwallex transaction ID, for processing, reconciliation and support purposes.
After successful payment, your application information is securely submitted to the selected Insurance Provider.
Your purchase is considered successfully completed only after the Insurance Provider confirms the policy issuance.
Where necessary, KONPARE may use automated processes, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to securely submit policy information to the Insurance Provider.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined according to the rules and terms of the relevant Insurance Provider.
KONPARE may assist you with a cancellation or refund request; however, the Insurance Provider is responsible for the final decision and applicable refund amount.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information required to obtain or issue your policy may be shared with the selected Insurance Provider and other service providers involved in processing your application.
We may contact you regarding:
- Your quote or application
- Payment status
- Policy issuance
- Customer support
- Important service or policy-related information
KONPARE facilitates the insurance purchase process but does not underwrite or issue the insurance policy.
Policy benefits, exclusions, claims, coverage decisions, cancellations and refunds remain subject to the Insurance Provider's terms and decisions.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, legal requirements or business processes change. The latest version will be published on the KONPARE website.
